How do I get my Instagram data?
Go to Instagram Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information. Select "Some of your information", check "Followers and following", choose JSON format, and request the download. Instagram will email you a ZIP file — upload it to FollowGone as-is.
Will I get banned for using FollowGone?
No. Since FollowGone doesn't interact with Instagram's API or your account in any way, there is zero risk of suspension or ban. We simply read the data file Instagram gives you.
